IHAVE always liked art. As a child I loved flicking through books of great paintings of the past. For me they weren't just images but ideals and beliefs of previous civilizations. Each period had its own style, reflecting the thinking and values of the time. But what I really love about those paintings is they not only reflected the thinking of the time but they also changed the way people thought and united societies to progress.
