SCORES of Bristol parents are set to go to appeal after their children were given places at secondary schools they had not asked for.
Figures from the city council show that the number of "referrals" - places offered to applicants who have missed out on a place at all three of their preferred calls - to some schools, including Fairfield High School and Henbury School, have shot up this year.See the full content of this document
